Ashar Kazmi

Lawyer

Ashar was born and raised in Calgary. In 2018, he graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), in Law & Society. In 2021, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law.

During his time in law school, Ashar worked extensively with Student Legal Assistance and Pro Bono Students Canada, which spurred his passion for using the law as a means to help people. As a result of this passion, Ashar joined Pipella Law as a Student-at-Law in May of 2021.

Outside of the law, Ashar spends his free time with family and loved ones, watching movies, writing, and playing sports. In addition to being a passionate hockey fan, Ashar is also an avid tennis player.
